Are you in?Primary PurposePrimary purpose of this position is to maintain data integrity of the EU Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) databases and displays and work in ADMS Scada System.

You will be building all the points and testing and commissioning new equipment and testing with field engineers. Performs activities relating to analysis, evaluation, building, programming, testing, correcting, implementing, operating or supporting existing and planned Engineering/IT products and processes under the general direction of more experienced personnel. Expands and applies knowledge of customer process to job activities.

Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies. Primary DutiesAs directed, perform and document work activities related to analysis, evaluation, building, testing, or implementing planned software solutions and processes and/or enhance, maintain or support existing products/processes as per defined services level agreements.

Acquire and apply business knowledge. Organize own activities for short term or sub-project/components under the direction of experienced personnel and reports on status.

Gain product experience and technical skills through assigned role and training. Ensure adherence to standards as outlined in the management model. Utilize best practices to improve products and services.

Job ScopeProvides technical assistance in support of others. Applies technical knowledge to help promote a safe work environment and to enhance customer satisfaction. Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a technical field (non-engineer) (1) or equivalent relevant education / experience (See Section Below) (2) AND 0-2 years field experience in engineering, construction, or applicable utility experience (1) Examples of technical fields (non-engineer) include Engineering Technology, Electronics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, etc.

(2) Relevant education / experience is knowledge and skills that may be acquired through job experiences or education programs related to those acquired through a formal technical degree program. Examples include experience gained in a military role applicable to electric power distribution, completion of a journey-level electrician program (e. g.

, overhead / underground electrician, electrical mechanic), or completion of a company-sponsored technical education program (e. g. , Elements of Electrical Engineering (E3) series).
