Introduction to Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Power BI Developer to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our business intelligence initiatives and will play a key role in translating business needs into technical reporting requirements. If you are passionate about data, analytics, and creating impactful visualizations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Accountabilities:
As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing Power BI dashboards, managing end-to-end deliverables from requirements gathering to production go live, and collaborating with stakeholders and other internal teams. You will also be expected to train junior resources in technical and functional aspects, research current and emerging technologies, and propose changes where needed. 

Essential Skills/Experience:
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a role associated with reporting, analytics, and/or data management.
– Proven experience working with detailed report visualizations and data management.
– Experience with gathering user requirements, developing system documentation, testing or analytical business reports.
– Hands-on experience in Power BI and designing mobile reports.
– Strong knowledge in Databases, DM schemas and SQL.
– Full life cycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.
– Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
– Strong service focus, engaging personality, collaborative, flexible and a team player.

Desirable Skills/Experience:
– Experience in Agile Scrum methodology.
– Experience in solution architecture for Business Intelligence use cases.
– Experience in presenting reporting requests to main stakeholders and identifying training needs.
