Job Description
As a Data Engineer, you specialize in AWS and are responsible for designing, building and maintaining scalable and reliable data solutions on the AWS platform. In your role, you will design and implement data pipelines, optimize data storage and recovery, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enable data-driven decision-making.
Your deep knowledge of data engineering principles, cloud technologies, and AWS services is essential in delivering high-quality data solutions for Devoteam’s customers.
Qualifications
[Must-have] In-depth knowledge of data ingestion and profiling on AWS using Kinesis, Glue, DMS
[Must-have] Demonstrated skills in designing and creating ELT/ETL pipelines using Kinesis, Kafka, Glue, Lambda
[Must-have] Knowledge and experience using programming languages such as Python, Scala and Typescript
[Must-have] Experience working with Data warehousing technologies such as Redshift, S3, Lakeformation
[Must-have] Experience working with Data Visualisation technologies such as OpenSearch, Athena, Redshift
[Nice-to-have] You’re either proficient in Dutch or want to learn the language.
