Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled BI Analyst to support our active pooling initiative. This role involves working closely with diverse teams to gather, analyze, and visualize data insights that inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain monthly operational dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Utilize BI tools to create visually appealing and actionable data visualizations that support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders to improve business processes and drive performance.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure data integrity and quality by managing and validating data sources.
• Stay current with BI trends and tools to continually enhance our analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst or similar role, with a focus on data analytics and reporting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with various departments.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
