Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BI Analyst to join our team to work for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.

You’ll be part of a team that provides actionable and measurable insights to our leaders and service process owners, driving improvements across the organization. The Service Analytics Reporting and AI team facilitates the integration of new treatments, technology, and data into agent and customer-facing processes. This team helps automate and optimize key initiatives using AI or robotic process automation, while delivering comprehensive, 360-degree insights into the health and efficiency of our service capabilities.

This role will be responsible for creating analytic products that are interactive, informative and accurate.  These products will be primarily interactive business intelligence solutions through Power BI (or other tools as they arise) but may also include production reporting.  In addition, this role is responsible for the product lifecycle of their work both in terms of consumption and ongoing production support.

Requirements

Total Work Experience

  • Minimum Required: 4-6 years

Work Experience in This Field

  • Minimum Required: 1-3 years
  • Preferred: 4-6 years

English Proficiency

  • Minimum Required: Fluent

Required Education

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree

Required Branches of Study

  • Analytics field such as Math, Economics, Business Analysis, etc.

Additional Preferred Branch of Study

  • Any background in IT and technical development is helpful.

Other Critical Skills

  • Business / Operations Analysis: Advanced
  • Forecasting Metrics Outcomes: Intermediate
  • UI / CX Channel Analytics: Intermediate
  • Intellectual curiosity required

Software / Tool Skills

  • Power BI: Advanced (7+ years) required
  • SQL (Snowflake and On-Prem): Intermediate (4-6 years)
