Key Objectives:

  1. Data Integration and Management:

    • Combine and manage large datasets from various BIM and non-BIM sources to create a centralized, structured data environment.
    • Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for all project stakeholders.
  2. Process Optimization:

    • Develop automated workflows and scripts to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of BIM processes.
    • Use data science techniques to identify patterns, optimize resource allocation, and improve design and construction processes.
  3. Advanced Analytics and Reporting:

    • Perform advanced data analysis and predictive modeling to support project planning and risk management.
    • Create dashboards and visualizations to provide real-time insights into project performance and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  4. Interoperability and Integration:

    • Ensure seamless integration and interoperability between various BIM software and tools, as well as other project management and data platforms.
    • Support the development and implementation of data exchange standards and best practices.
  5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Support:

    • Act as a liaison between the engineering, data science, and project management teams to ensure that data solutions meet the needs of all stakeholders.
    • Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM data management and analytics tools.
  6. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay updated with the latest trends in BIM, data science, and technology to continuously improve processes and tools.
    • Promote the adoption of innovative solutions and best practices across the organization.

Technical Skills
