iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Biologics x AI Moonshot (BioAIM) Computational Scientist VIE in our Digital Data & Technology team you will work on the research, development and deployment of computation tools which would benefit the large molecule drug discovery processes. The position necessitates robust collaboration with various internal stakeholders across Digital, Research & Development and support functions within Sanofi as well as external functions.

Main responsibilities:
- Track the state-of-the-art (SOTA) approaches for antibody structure prediction, antibody property prediction, and antibody generation.
- Collect and curate internal/external datasets for model development.
- Apply the SOTA approaches for Sanofi internal antibody discovery projects.
- Perform benchmark/result analysis for the SOTA approaches.
- Deploy useful SOTA approaches to Sanofi computational platform.
- Participate the regular meetings of the relevant organization with other scientists/engineers.
- Close interactions with other Computational scientists, data engineers, software engineers, UX (User Experience) designers, as well as research scientists in core scientific platforms focusing on protein therapeutics, in an international context (United States, Europe, China).
About you
Experience:
- Prior experience in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning method deployment in production environment.
Soft and Technical skills:
- Hands on experience with deep learning model training and with data manipulation in production environments.
- Hands on experience with computer vision and with data visualization and dimensionality reduction algorithms.
- Solid understanding of basic machine learning models including classifiers, regressors, dimension reduction.
- Programming Language: Python, C, C++, SQL, Latex.
- Knowledge of PyTorch, Git, Apache Spark.
- Strong organizational skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
Education:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (major in AI or machine learning).
Languages:
- Fluency in both English and French.
