Responsibilities
- Be an analytical focal point for the marketing department monitoring new user performance, user acquisition efforts as well as marketing tests, while proactively identifying gaps or opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Develop new reporting framework and methods by using data and visualization tools
- Leverage multiple massive and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, opportunities, and threats to our marketing operations
- Ensure data quality and consistency for accurate analysis and reporting.
- Work closely with teams across various domains such as Product, Operations, and mostly Marketing to address unique challenges and opportunities in marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings, recommendations, and insights to the marketing team
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a marketing / product / business analyst, ideally from B2C mobile app companies
- Extensive experience working with SQL – a must (BigQuery – advantage)
- Proficient in Excel – a must
- Experience with data visualization tools for large data sets using BI systems (Looker, Tableau, etc.) – a must
- B.A. / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, Computer Science or an equivalent background.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment and with tight deadlines
- Ability to present an analysis in a precise and economical manner
- Self-starter, fast learner, fast worker, results-oriented with a can-do attitude
- Proficiency in English
Advantage:
- Experience with analytics tools, such as GA \ GA4
- Knowledge of advertising or marketing industry
- Experience building ETL processes – An advantage
- Experience with Python (Pandas, SciPy, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
