Business Analyst (Data Analysis)- Secret Clearance Required

Position Overview: 
The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting gap analysis, implementing continuous improvement methodologies, and tracking actions to ensure successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, enabling them to derive insights and drive data-informed decision-making. This position is onsite 3 days per week and requires an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance business processes and operations.
• Track and manage action items, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Analyze complex business problems and propose innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to derive insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, build consensus, and drive project success.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of improvement initiatives and identify areas for further enhancement.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis, continuous improvement, and data analysis.
