Job Description

TITAN Greece is offering an exceptional opportunity for a Business Data Analyst with a commercial focus at our Head Office in Athens. Reporting directly to the Domestic Sales Director – Cement Greece, this pivotal role will require a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive change through data-driven insights.

 

Main Responsibilities 

•    Lead strategic analysis and synthesis of data from local submarkets to drive commercial decisions and foster business growth.
•    Develop and present compelling reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate actionable insights to key stakeholders.
•    Proactively analyze market trends in the cement industry using data from external sources such as ELSTAT, IOBE, SEV, etc., and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
•    Identify and capitalize on opportunities while mitigating potential threats within the construction materials sector.
•    Translate the company’s vision into clear strategic objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to guide decision-making and performance evaluation.
•    Drive change by actively participating in and championing new internal Digital Projects aimed at enhancing business processes and driving efficiency.
•    Drafting and monitoring the budget-revisions of sales in collaboration with the domestic sales management executives.
•    Conducting internal sales audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.

Candidate Profile

•    Bachelor’s degree in a commercial field such as Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
•    Business acumen with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and analytically.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI will be highly regarded.
•    Strong understanding of database management systems and data warehousing principles.
•    Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
•    Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work.
•    Completion of military obligations (if applicable).
