The Opportunity
Join our Sales Operations & Enablement team to drive business growth through data-based insights. Develop and maintain analytical solutions, provide influential insights to management, and impact sales performance and organization-wide growth metrics.
What you’ll Do
Join our Enterprise Sales Analytics team as a BI Analyst and contribute to driving data-driven insights that enhance decision-making and improve performance for our Sales Organization. Help us achieve our revenue and retention goals.
- Collect, analyze, and report sales performance, aggregate large data sets, summarize key metrics, and interpret insights for actionable decision-making
- Communicate complex concepts and the insights of the analyses/models in a clear and effective manner to business and teammates
- Analyze current business processes and/or SOPs and make recommendations to improve efficiency
- Perform gap analysis and prioritize areas for organizational performance improvement
- Turn data into useful information through dashboards and reports
- Cultivate collaborative relationships with business teams by taking initiative, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the business processes, and proposing innovative solutions backed by detailed analysis.
- Develop a framework for performance management across roles and functions
- Identify the right business and product metrics to be analyzed and tracked for every feature/problem statement or in existing products
- Establish the appropriate analytical practices within the team, collaborate with BI platform teams to craft, develop, and implement data analysis systems.
- Build compelling arguments by clearly stating business problems and converting them into analytical problem statements
What you need to succeed
- 2-6 years of work experience in the relevant field
- Bachelor’s or equivalent experience (STEM) with Masters, MBA, or comparable expertise in Analytics
- Hands-on experience in analyzing large datasets
- Expertise in data analysis tools/languages like MS Excel, T-SQL, Power BI, Python, R, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Outstanding business communication skills, both verbal and written
- Understanding of Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and Neural Networks is a plus
