Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To transform data into actionable insights to optimise recruitment strategies, improve efficiency, and drive better talent placement and business outcomes.

DATA ANALYSIS & BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

· Analyse recruitment performance, identifying gaps in candidate pipeline efficiency, fill rates, and client retention.

· Develop interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

· Track and optimise key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-backed recruitment decisions:

· Use predictive analytics to forecast talent shortages and optimise sourcing strategies before they impact recruitment performance.

STRATEGIC MARKETING & WORKFORCE INSIGHTS:

· Analyse supply-demand trends in healthcare staffing to inform recruitment campaigns.

· Optimise sourcing strategies by analysing competitor performance and job market trends.

· Develop data-driven workforce planning models to assess temporary vs. permanent staffing needs for NHS Trusts, HSE, and private healthcare organisations.

· Support pricing strategies and financial forecasting, using data insights to improve recruitment profitability.

DATA GOVERNANCE & TECHNOLOGY

· Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with GDPR & healthcare recruitment regulations.

· Work closely with CRM & ATS platforms to enhance data automation and accuracy.

· Leverage AI-driven candidate-job matching models to improve placement success and recruitment efficiency.

· Implement automated reporting solutions to provide real-time business intelligence to stakeholders.

Requirements

Essential requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

· 2+ years’ experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably in recruitment, healthcare, or workforce planning.

· Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.

· Experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and predictive analytics.

· Strong stakeholder engagement skills—ability to translate data into actionable business decisions and communicate findings effectively.

Desirable requirements:

· Familiarity with Python or scripting for automation.
