Job Description

Medtelligent is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, who will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making within the organization. This person will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that inform strategic and operational initiatives. Your work will directly impact business performance, efficiency, and competitiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Building reports in Domo.
- Develop methods to integrate disparate data sources for comprehensive analysis.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems and reports.
- Establish and maintain data governance standards and best practices.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Interpret data to extract meaningful insights and make recommendations for external and internal stakeholders.
- Design and generate reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and KPIs.
- Communicate insights effectively through clear and compelling visualizations
- Develop predictive models to anticipate future trends and outcomes.
- Conduct forecasting analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity assessment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business intelligence and analytics.
- Continuously enhance skills and knowledge through training and self-directed learning.
Qualifications
- Certificate/Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3 year minimum of proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related role.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis software (e.g., Python).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Possess adept project management capabilities, effectively steering initiatives from inception to fruition with finesse and efficacy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on a small team where your work matters

3-4 experience utilizing Domo

6 years of experience in the Power BI/Data Analysis field

Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability, ensuring personal responsibility for the quality and outcomes of assigned tasks and projects

Exhibit an unwavering commitment to data precision and excellence, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of data management

Experience and/or interest in the senior living industry
