We are looking for a team member who is passionate about using data to deliver meaningful insights through strong visuals.

If you enjoy helping the business leverage data to drive informed decision-making, we would love to have you on board!

Core Responsibilities

  • Driving the (PowerBI) reporting universe for one of our business units.

  • Being the go-to person on understanding the data set in the business unit.

  • Designing creative and insightful reports to empower teams with the data they need for better decision-making.

  • Analyzing large amounts of data and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders using PowerBI/PowerPoint.

  • Collaborating with colleagues to streamline data capture pipelines and enhance data models, ensuring a strong, supportive team environment.

You will join ten dedicated colleagues in Performance and Quality Management. We are part of Supply Chain Management and support our mould manufacturing, sourcing, and development with data infrastructure, reporting, and analytics.

Do you have what it takes?

To be successful in this role we imagine that you have a curious approach to gain end-2-end perspectives and a ‘can do’ attitude to ensure tasks are delivered in a timely manner. Examples of good experiences for a successful candidate include:

  • Proven experience with data modelling and visualization tools, preferably Power-BI or similar tools

  • Statistical/analytics knowledge and the ability to combine theoretical knowledge with work experience

  • Good communication skills, ability to bridge dialogues between business units

  • Experience with Databricks

  • Supply chain background

  • SAP/SAP HANA knowledge

  • ML operations/development/deployment

  • Proficiency in English
