Job Description

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Business Intelligence Analyst to join Wildlife’s Cloud Economics team in São Paulo, Brazil.

The mission of the Cloud Economics team at Wildlife is to have world-class productivity and efficiency across the company by finding and further investigating efficiency opportunities related to the usage and/or provisioning of technology resources.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the visualization layer for costs, usage and performance of WLS’ IT Infra. You will also play a key role in determining how metric targets are established for our games and in improving cost governance through proper resource allocation.

What you’ll do

  • Be part of a high-output team, directly contributing to company results;
  • Build visualization layers to a) get insights about our IT operation, and b) expose that information to a company-wide audience;
  • Propose relevant KPIs to monitor costs and performance;
  • Develop a cost forecasting model according to the business drivers of each game;
  • Propose how to determine metric targets for the games;
  • Provide insights that allow us to identify potential performance issues / avoid deviations in costs;
  • Improve cost governance by ensuring resources are properly allocated.

What you’ll need

  • University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics or a related field;
  • Solid experience working as a BI or data analyst on technically challenging problems;
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Looker);
  • Knowledge and experience with SQL and Python;
  • English advanced level
  • Knowledge and experience with Databricks and AWS is highly desirable.
