Business Intelligence Analyst (Hybrid, Egypt-based)

Job Overview:

Invitro Capital is seeking a proactive and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Egypt. In this role, you will play a crucial part in gathering and analyzing data, developing insightful market research, and creating presentations and dashboards. Your work will generate actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver findings that help drive the growth and success of our portfolio companies.

Business Intelligence Analyst, Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and transform them into actionable data insights and detailed reports.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets using advanced analytical tools and methods.
• Conduct market research to validate and consolidate ideas, ensuring strategic alignment with industry demands and consumer behavior.
• Develop and maintain insightful dashboards and visualizations to aid stakeholders in making informed decisions.
• Identify trends and patterns in data to guide strategic planning and uncover new opportunities.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data to maintain the quality and reliability of provided insights.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics to continuously improve processes.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in business intelligence, data analysis, or market research.
• Skilled in market researching and familiar with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Strong ability to analyze and organize data, paying close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting thorough market research and converting data into actionable insights.
• Excellent command of English, with proficiency in communicating complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Effective at solving complex problems and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse team settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of AI solutions and current market trends.
