Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s Business Intelligence Teams are responsible for the processing, mining and delivery of data to their customer community through repositories, tools and services.

Roles & Responsibility:

•Analyze the Manufacturing Plant’s financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
•Build scalable solutions that can be adopted globally
•Prepare and review financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
•Leverage insights to propose segmentation, targeting & marketing effectiveness/improvements
•Utilize various tools (Adobe, Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, Access, SQL) to join disparate data sources together to create a more robust story for the business
•Collaborate cross-functionally with production and engineering departments to facilitate accurate cost reporting
•Provide recommendations and insight to plant management on inventory reporting, daily production variance reporting, implementation of discrete work order system within SAP, and interpreting plant’s gross profit performance. 
•Developed a centralized costing tool by product line enabling plant management to monitor labor efficiency and make key adjustments in real time
•Create and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
•Conduct ad hoc data analyses and performance reports as needed

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

 

•MBA/BBA/B.Com in Finance
•4 – 6 years of experience analyzing Finance data
•Strong ability to identify business issues, formulate plans to resolve these issues and effectively communicate the results to all levels of the organization
•Experience with Tableau, SQL, Alteryx 
•Experience building  complex ETL solution is  desired
•Experience in AWS, Python, regression, Machine learning etc. is a plus
•Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Gap Analysis, Cost Benefit Analysis and Risk Assessment 
•Strong analytical skills with impeccable attention to detail
•Microsoft Office Tools
•Ability to collaborate in a global team environment
•Ability to learn new tools quickly
