We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst Manager-Supply Chain Planning who will be responsible for leading a dedicated BI Analyst team to support data analytics needs for supply chain planning

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing large sets of data to identify trends and interpreting implications on the business within the supply chain data, offering valuable insights to drive business impact.
  • Create rich bespoke reports and tools to present complex data in a distilled and understandable manner to various stakeholders from strategy to operational
  • Understand stakeholders’ objectives to translate business contexts into technical data projects and gather requirements
  • Work with Data scientists and Data engineers to ensure intuitive and informative visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain existing solutions and stay up to date with the latest BI solutions, tools, and technologies, and propose their application by building business cases
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of BI analysts

The required qualifications for the job include:

  • Bachelor’s with 7 years of experience or Master’s with 5 year of experience in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
  • 3 years of experience in BI, developing connected Power BI or equivalent visualization solutions
  • 1 year of experience in leading or managing a team
  • Strong hands-on experience in developing visualization tools in related business domain areas such as supply chain, operations. Demonstrated business acumen, turning relevant insights into actionable insights
  • Strong proficiency as a developer in Power BI desktop & service.
  • Excellent collaboration with Data Scientist and Data Engineer team in product/solution development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple demands in a rapidly changing, team-based environment

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in Supply chain, logistics, materials, supply and demand planning is preferred
  • Experience in ETL tools (SQL, Informatica, Apache Spark/Databricks), data platforms (Snowflake, Oracle, OBIEE/OAS) and data science (Python, ML)

This job is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
