Job Summary

Responsible for working with the business to define business intelligence requirements for individual reports and data models. Designs, builds, tests and deploys reporting and analytics to support business users. Works cross-functionally to collect data and make actionable recommendations at all levels. Provides analytical and statistical support and prepares analysis of sales forecasts, sales reports and analysis of variances versus budget forecast. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Job Description

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides reporting to both internal and external end users on a daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis to provide the business with actionable information. 

  • Ensure data accuracy and timeliness of reporting to end users.

  • Plans and executes multiple projects involving all aspects of business intelligence solutions and data, including business intelligence analysis and data exploitation. 

  • Takes business intelligence to the next level to support business decisions and recommend best practices and policy in business intelligence implementation, maintenance and data quality.

  • Contributes to a variety of projects related to development, testing and implementation of new and modified business intelligence systems in an efficient and cost-effective manner. 

  • Leads analysis and recommendations relating to organization’s optimization and testing efforts. 

  • Customizes business intelligence report contents and views using SQL Server, Tableau, Excel, Access, Visual Basic and other tools to meet the requirements of internal business customers. 

  • Works with team and customers to define business requirements, resolve technical issues and provide training. 

  • Works cross-functionally to implement key projects. Interfaces with other departments to leverage data for their respective business needs. 

  • Keeps abreast of sales strategies, trends, initiatives and best practices within the Company and competitive landscape. 

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. 

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. 

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years’ professional experience in Core Responsibilities

  • Must have experience with SQL Server, Excel, Access and Tableau

  • Amenable with Hybrid work set up (3x onsite, 2x WFH)

  • Willing to work on a nightshift (8pm-5am Manila Time)

  • Flexible with schedule and okay to extend working hours if needed

  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City

Top 5 core responsibilities day to day:

  • Run Extract, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) of Indirect sales data

  • Refresh standard reports

  • Review and check reporting for accuracy

  • Provide coaching and guidance on reporting to end users

  • Ad hoc reporting as needed

Bachelor’s Degree
