As Application Manager in the Business Intelligence team, you will contribute by managing data and analytical products for our Supply Chain Management business – end-to-end and in full life cycle (build and service). With your strong communication and technical skills, you will lead a team of externals and build a strong binding between our Data and Business department.

 

With this team, take the opportunity to create and service analytical products by facilitating our asset of our corporate data model and our main technology stack of SAP BW4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Job Description

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Manage service implementations and rollouts to Red Bull subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate and manage scope, budget, time, quality and external implementation teams/partners.
  • Lead and deliver projects based on Red Bull project management standards and principles.
  • Work closely with external vendors and internal teams such as architecture and business partners.
  • Stakeholder, risk and test management.

SOLUTION DESIGN

  • Design Global Reporting and Planning Applications.
  • Coordinate IT consulting teams to create solutions based on best-in-class technologies with high degree of integration.

REQUIREMENTS ENGINEERING

  • Understand and translate business processes into requirements, ensuring the solution architecture and implementation concepts are fit for purpose.

SERVICE OWNERSHIP

  • Be responsible for built services in the supply chain management and their entire service lifecycles.

DATA MANAGEMENT

  • Technical and contextual data management skillset.
  • Link the business language to the technical implementation overarching tool boundaries.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of professional experience in the Business Intelligence area, preferably within FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) environment.

University degree in Computer Science/ Business Administration or equal practical experience.

Strong English language skills (written and spoken).

Knowledge of SAP BW/BI/BW4HANA is essential, all other database or front-end technologies a plus (SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI, Tableau)

Collaborative and proactive mindset, agility, adaptability to changing circumstances.

Self-motivated team player, good communication skills, performance and results oriented.

Interest for Supply Chain processes, data sets, reporting and analytics.

Experience in managing projects, delivery and roll-out of applications.

Strong analytical and conceptual skills.

Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions.

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
