Job Description

Are you ready to dive into a world where data meets creativity?
As our Business Intelligence (BI) Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the mastermind behind the Power BI reports and dashboards, delivering insights that drive the marketing team’s strategy. You’ll work alongside the Marketing Operations Analyst to understand our marketing stakeholders’ needs and expertly craft the evolution of our reporting capabilities. This role is crucial in guiding data-driven marketing decisions. You will be joining a growing community of BI developers at IFS and using the latest Microsoft technologies like Fabric.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the marketing team to understand their data and Analytics needs
  • Leverage Data Lakes to store and manage large volumes of marketing data.
  • Design and build self service semantic models
  • Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for the marketing team
  • Use Power BI to create visualizations and reports that provide insights and analysis
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards
  • Implement a validation system to ensure data quality
  • Continuously improve and optimize reports and dashboards to meet the changing needs of the marketing team
  • Familiar with CI/CD processes and source code management

Qualifications

  • 3+ year experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI with data from CRM systems, GA4, Marketo, SharePoint, flat files and other external sources
  • Experience working with marketing data, data lakes, and understanding marketing metrics
  • Microsoft DP-203,DP-500 or PL-300 certificate
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team
  • Excellent knowledge of database systems, reporting tools, and ETL processes.
  • Understanding of end-to-end BI project implementation.
