Working in alignment with the Sr. Category & Commercial Marketing Manager, the Business Intelligence Coordinator will provide compelling company and competitor performance information and insights, to enable Sales and Commercial management teams, drive strategic and data-driven decision making. The Business Intelligence Analyst will create dashboards and reporting tools, combining internal sales and finance data with external market and competitor information to provide business performance visibility.

Role Responsibilities

  • Create internal reporting tools and dashboards to provide sales performance visibility against annual budget target, leveraging relevant business data categorization such as retailer, region, product mix, price, etc. on a monthly base
  • Create market and competitor reporting tools fed from external market data sources such as Nielsen, to assess category and competitor performance, against Beam Suntory performance, highlighting commercial business opportunities
  • Combine above described internal and external data and create target achievement reporting tools to assess gaps and opportunities
  • Suggest KPI tracking recommendations to commercial management teams, with available data sources, in order to focus attention to most efficient volume and value growth drivers
  • Provide data input and dashboards for monthly, quarterly and annual business performance review meetings
  • Identify and recommend key data sources and BI systems to enhance data quality, processing, and visualization of key business performance information
