You will partner with experts across finance, engineering, data science, sales, customer success, programming, UI/UX, and marketing to conduct analyses, develop data-driven insights, and deliver actionable recommendations.
What you’ll do

- Create sophisticated and intuitive business intelligence tools that provide insights and direction to field representatives, management, and executives.
- Effectively use Power BI features (e.g., bookmarks, drill-through) to guide users through compelling, data-driven stories.
- Synthesize sophisticated data sets into insights, building analytics stories that inform accurate strategic business decisions.
- Apply SQL/Hadoop/DataBricks/Snowflake principles to curate and query large data sets, perform analyses, and create custom views.
- Define acceptance criteria for testing, working closely with engineering, QA, developers, and users on creating and performing test plans.
What you need to succeed

- Degree or equivalent experience in CS, IT, Statistics, or related fields, with coursework or job experience in sophisticated data and analytics.
- Sophisticated hands-on experience with enterprise business intelligence software applications including Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel; experience with SnapLogic is a plus.
- Exceptional ability to design and create data visualizations that are intuitive, informative, and impactful.
- Sophisticated experience using SQL to extract data, understand data structures, and run queries.
- Proven track record of effective product ownership, managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and leading agile scrum teams.
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
- Ability to coordinate with colleagues and customers across the globe.
- Record of consistently meeting deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly.
- Self-starter with an ability to successfully lead through ambiguity and prioritize multiple projects and partners.
