Job Description
Banking Operations is a strategic Avaloq service line providing Banking Operations outsourcing services to banks. We are organized as a global Business Area, running state-of-the art Back Office services with industry leading automation, quality, and risk standards. We are experts in providing a true value add to our clients and thus, always look to add creative and client-oriented personalities with drive and passion to our team.
You are applying to the Business Management & Strategy Division of Banking Operations. The Division is responsible for analyzing and managing the financial/business data of the division to generate reports for our bank-clients and our senior management; moreover, the Division is also responsible for operational risk management activities.
The Team has a wide overview on the whole Banking Operations and participates with several corporate functions (Finance, Risk, Security, Data Protection).
Your key tasks
- Contribute to the technological improvement of the division processes, also developing queries and power BI reports.
- Perform data collection to produce Quality Reports and ad hoc researches for internal/external purposes.
- Support the billing process for Banking Operations’ Clients.
- Support ad-hoc projects in Reporting and/or Risk areas.
Qualifications
- University Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Statistics.
- High level of accuracy to strive for excellence.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Python and VBA Macro.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to organize at best to meet tight deadlines and prioritize given tasks.
- High sense of responsibility and resilience in a stressful environment.
- Team player and relational skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.

- Knowledge of German language.
