Location: TX – Spring, 77389(Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract, clean, and preprocess large datasets from diverse sources.
  • Develop and implement data acquisition and integration logic to ensure optimal data flow and performance.
  • Develop and maintain databases and build solutions that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets.
  • Utilize statistical tools, data mining techniques, and machine learning algorithms to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Create and maintain interactive visualizations, dashboards, and reports that communicate data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Simplify complex data into clear, compelling narratives and presentations.
  • Work closely with the team to understand their analytics needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Understanding of supply chain concepts, including inventory management, logistics, procurement, and demand forecasting.
  • Present findings and recommendations to decision-makers, providing context and clarity to support effective decision-making.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain.
  • Establish and enhance data systems and processes to improve the efficiency and flow of data.
  • Monitor performance metrics and suggest strategies to enhance supply chain operations.
  • Lead and manage moderate to high-complexity projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

Key deliverables should include:

  • Enhance Memory and Storage team regular reporting consistency – format, cadence.
  • Timely completion of projects with adherence to strategic objectives.
  • Improved performance against metrics through effective improvements in our data management, handling, and analysis.
  • Regular progress reports and performance evaluations.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Continuous identification of process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/master’s degree in engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Typically, 3-5 years of experience in supply chain function or Business/ Systems Analysis.
  • Good knowledge of supply chain concepts such as inventory management, logistics, procurement, and demand forecasting.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Expertise in writing complex SQL queries using Microsoft SQL server and understanding database schema and structures.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of VBA for automating tasks in MS Access and Excel.
  • Proficient in Python for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver).
  • Demonstrated expertise in data visualization techniques and tools, including Microsoft Power BI.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) for supply chain and data management is a plus.
  • Proficient in data integration, ETL processes, and pipeline automation, including the use of SSIS.
  • Skilled in maintaining and optimizing databases and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including technical writing and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Advance proficiency in in PowerPoint and Think Cell. Ability to tell a story with data, clearly present complex subject matter, and convey messages that are heard and understood by the audience.
