Job Description
Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience with sales analytics, financial analytics, or sales operations. Experience with leading data-driven analyses using SQL and data visualization tools to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
Preferred qualifications:MBA or Master’s degree. Experience synthesizing insights and recommending actions from complex and unstructured datasets. Knowledge of Cloud Industry, products, trends and dynamics. About the jobThe Business Performance and Cadence Manager is a critical member of the Cloud Strategy and Operations team.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

ResponsibilitiesLead, manage and execute key Rhythms of the Business (RoB) workstreams for the NorthAm sales organization, ensuring timely and high-quality preparation and delivery of materials for executive reviews. Provide deep-dive analytics across core products, identifying performance drivers, optimization opportunities, and risks to our go-to-market strategy.
Structure and lead core RoB workstreams, including defining scope, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, tracking progress, and delivering operational improvements. Develop and scale creative solutions to surface the right performance data/insights to North America Cloud sales teams/leaders to help continue to grow Google Cloud in North America. Support Cloud leadership on our regular business performance reviews and drive engaged insights within region to influence our strategies/plans.
