The RoleAddepar’s People Technology team is hiring a Business Solutions Analyst to lead cross-functional, systems-driven initiatives. You will own end-to-end delivery for defined projects, translate business needs into clear technical requirements, and ensure solutions are adopted by users.

While Workday is our core platform, this role will flex across our entire People Technology stack, including our Talent Acquisition systems (like Greenhouse) and other HR tools. Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay.

A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $66,000 – $104,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.
