What You’ll Do Lead teams in building large scale AI applications leveraging GenAI, Agentic AI and Classical AI modelsDeeply understand client’s business and technical challenges and provide thought leadership in Scaling and operationalizing AIBuild and manage client stakeholder relationships, both business-oriented clients and technology clients Work with global team in new client BD activitiesContribute to Thought leadership by creating POV on industry trends in AI and technologyLead hiring initiatives in growing Scaled AI team and mentor technical talent within the teamDrive ZS Scaling AI initiatives in tandem with global partnersManage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships related to AI tools and platformsWork with ZS R&D teams to take cutting edge technology implementations and ideas and bring it to the market through focused go-to-market activities What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with specialization in Computer Science, IT or another computer related disciplineMinimum 12+ years of relevant consulting-industry or industry experienceAwareness of SaaS product life cycle and how it affects design, planning, development, deployment and maintenance of software as a service, esp. AI-driven SaaSGood fundamentals of GenAI, Agentic AI and Data Science Understanding and appreciation of client’s budgetary cycles work and how to create demand in the market for new capabilities like Gen AI and agentic AIaAgentic and ML platform knowledge incl Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Dataiku, DatabricksExperience in Production deployment of applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP and DatabricksDemonstrated industry leading SDLC practices and helping clients with production release of capabilitiesProven track record of business development in the Cloud/AI/Data spaceAgile project planning and project management experienceTeam management and skill development experienceExcellent oral and written communication skillsHighly motivated, good work ethic and enterprise maturityLife science domain knowledge is a plus
