ING is looking for a Chapter Lead Data Analytics – Digital & Customer Interactions
Who are we?

The Tribe Digital & Customer Interactions is responsible for achieving the digital sales objectives and for further developing all digital interactions with customers. With over 70 data analysts and scientists, we accelerate the transition towards becoming a fully data-driven organization. We work in multi-disciplinary teams, while being allocated as data consultants both internally as well as to other departments.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Data Analytics Chapter Lead. In this role you contribute as a manager and a data analyst. By understanding our customer’s actions, behaviours, and products you deliver high impact data-driven solutions and tangible insights. As a Data Analytics Chapter Lead:

You identify new data, trends, and opportunities. Together with fellow Leads you translate this into an analytics vision and strategy.

You are responsible for implementing this vision in one of our domains.

You have a broad interest in data: Collecting, transforming, analysing, experimenting, and visualizing it.

You maximize the potential of your team and stimulate them to keep developing themselves.

You are a front runner in maintaining and further improve the fact-based culture within ING

You embody our orange code in your professional manner: you take on activities and responsibilities and make them happen, you help others to be successful, and you are one step ahead in anticipating your colleagues and stakeholders.
Your competencies and experience
-
A master’s degree in the field of analytics, mathematics or econometrics

You have multiple years of proven experience and success in relevant roles in the field of Data Analytics

You have strong experience with relevant languages (e.g., SQL, SAS) and dashboarding tooling (e.g., Cognos and PowerBI)

You are analytically strong and are very senior in accessing and solving problems, making analyses, and sharing results with impact.

You can display style flexibility to teams. You adapt plans, approaches and behaviour to the different needs and situations.

You have strong organisational sensitivity; including ability to understand the underlying issues, opportunities, and dynamics of an organisation

You focus on delivery through collaboration, focused on bringing people together to work towards the same purpose

You have the willingness to continuously learn, stay open to feedback, and develop on both the technical and the interpersonal level
