The Clinical Research Administrator plays pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Clinical Affairs department responsible for managing clinical studies in support of business operations. This crucial support position contributes to the success of our clinical research efforts by providing administrative assistance to the Clinical Affairs team.

What you will do:

    • Facilitate the efficient operation of the Clinical Affairs team by handling administrative tasks as assigned by project managers and Clinical leadership.
    • Prepare, track, and file clinical study contracts, research license agreements, and other study documents/approvals.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings with research collaborators, study sponsors and internal stakeholders.
    • Track new Rapid-related publications, distribute among stakeholders as directed.
    • Support data transfer communications with research partners.
    • Prepare internal and external communications.
    • Perform any other related activities assigned by reporting manager and Clinical Affairs leadership.
    • This position has does not have direct reports.

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher
    • 5+ years’ administrative support experience
    • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Technically savvy
    • Strong writing and oral skills
    • Highly organized
    • Strong time-management skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Process-improvement oriented
    • Pro-active problem solving
    • Ability to communicate effectively across the organization and with research collaborators worldwide.
Compensation – The salary range target for the role described in this job description is $35 to $45. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including but not limited to candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, compensation/equity mix, and market data. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
