We support MCAPS with technical leadership through strategic programs, initiatives, and forums; engage directly with field, customers, and partners to drive Consumption & Usage, and enhance technical intensity across Microsoft by applying our collective expertise and learnings. In the Global Customer Success Chief Architect”s Office, we are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect – Microsoft Cloud and Citrix Technologies with a passion for delivering customer success working with Microsoft partners.
As a Cloud Solution Architect focused on driving adoption of Citrix solutions on Microsoft Platform, you will work with our partner, Cloud Software Group/Citrix and our customers to enable them to achieve business outcomes, based on their investments in Microsoft technology. Leveraging your deep technical subject matter expertise on Citrix solutions and Microsoft Azure Infra and W365, and AI services, you will lead technical discussions with partners and customers to drive value from these investments, including identifying resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects and accelerating consumption.
You will collaborate with your immediate and extended team of Cloud Solution Architect (CSAs) and Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs) to drive customer and partner success. QualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years’ experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consultingOR equivalent experience. One or more of the Citrix certifications below or equivalent experienceCitrix Certified Professional or Expert certification in Virtualization (CCP-V or CCE-V)Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service on Citrix Cloud Certification (CC-VAD-CC)Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service Integration with Microsoft Azure Certification (CC-VAD-MA) AND One of the following OR equivalent experience:Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty or equivalent experienceAZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions2+ years of experience on Azure Advanced Migration AND Practical experience with one or more of the following: migration of WS/SQL servers to Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix DaaS, Azure security, and hybrid management tools.

g. , internal and/or external) and 4+ years experience working on technical projects. Technical Certification in Cloud (e.
g. , Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications). Insightful listening: Cognitive and behavioral approach to listening, asking insightful questions to understand the needs of partners’ customers, issues, business environment and drivers, and going beyond what is said.
Situational fluency: Will explore attributes and actions of being situationally fluent, using self-awareness as a mechanism to interpret verbal and non-verbal cues to increase your ability to “read the room. ” It will teach practical methods for pivoting the customer conversation based on what you observe in your current environment. Building relationships and Trusted Advisership: Building trust and creating credibility, leveraging relationship mapping across and within the account team.
