The Position

The CE&BI Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of CE processes and data analytics tools. This role plays a critical part in informing decision-making and achieving organizational goals. The role based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

 

As CE&BI Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring quality of execution through development of SFE programs and incentive schemes based on organizational needs,
  • Driving excellence in execution by effective integration of target setting, resource allocation, segmentation and other CE-related processes,
  • Leading CRM-related processes to ensure smooth operation of the system,
  • Developing data-driven approach by providing tools and insights to drive business decisions,

 

Qualifications

You are our ideal candidate if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Economics / Marketing etc.,
  • Have English and Russian proficiency, both written and spoken
  • You Have strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Proficient user of Microsoft applications
  • Have CRM knowledge experience (SalesForce, Mobile Intelligence)
  • Have good knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, QlikSense)
