Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic person to join our forward-thinking Commercial Insight team, which is responsible for delivering strategic insights and advanced analytics to key stakeholders, including the senior management team.
As a pivotal member of the team, you will work closely with the Commercial Insight Manager to contribute to significant projects for business growth and revenue generation. You will also manage data-driven projects, advising on and implementing data solutions to enhance our tech stack, including engaging in data conversations with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting the Commercial Insight Manager, Commercial Director, and the wider Mortgage Services business with analytical and commercial insights
- Collaborating with team colleagues and stakeholders to brainstorm, develop, and launch new reporting ideas that provide revenue opportunities
- Proactively exploring data to identify new reports or insight packages, attending stakeholder meetings, and supporting with data insights
- Supporting internal marketing colleagues by evaluating campaign performance and generating follow-up data to ensure customer retention
- Liaising with internal and external suppliers on projects, managing stakeholder expectations, and prioritizing team tasks
- Identifying areas for business improvement, driving innovation, and implementing efficiency savings to add value and improve service
- Escalating any concerns regarding compliance with Consumer Duty to senior management for consideration
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
- Business applications, mathematical or statistical background, or relevant experience
- Strong understanding of the UK Mortgage market
- Proven experience in developing and delivering meaningful MI, and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and Alteryx
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
