Job Description
Remote
In the consultant role, you will support requirement workshops, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, implement deployment plans, and support knowledge transfer to provide high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines and policies of Infosys.
Requirements
- Understand gaps in existing client systems/processes and help the technology team to create the right technology-based solution fitment. Liaise with relevant people in the respective verticals/horizontals to understand and learn different processes and therefore recognize the right solution fit.
- Front End Requirements Management for Software Implementation projects
- Validate Requirements Collection Process and Review Requirement Specification Documents
- Conducting Functional reviews and functional testing of the s/w applications
- Coordination with the clients and the project teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Managing stakeholder expectations.
- Domain expertise in service offerings such as Finance and Accounting or Sourcing and Procurement or Order Management
Preferred
- Experience in RPA/AI-ML implementations.
- Experience in UIPath/BluePrism/Automation
Qualifications
Basic
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in the job description
