About the role
In this role, you will coordinate and execute the Carrier Excellence activities and develop a culture of continuous improvement across ETT organization. You will ensure master data management is executed in accordance with documented processes, governance and standards. You will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across multiple areas of the business on projects and other key initiatives providing consultation and assessment on operational impacts of any proposed changes or system enhancements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. (5+ years)
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification preferred.
- Progressive experience in data and operations management in a B2B business
- Proficiency in process improvement tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and managing cross-cultural teams.
- Fluent in English and in one other European language
Responsibilities
Carrier Excellence (Cx) activities:
- Manage ETT Dashboard setup and updates.
- Facilitate Goal Alignment & Deployment (GA&D) workshop and ensure follow-up actions.
- Identify and support Cx events.
- Participate in Cx assessments in other Carrier sites in EMEA region.
- Manage Cx training plan, support trainers’ development and contribute to local translation for training and templates.
- Maintain relationship with Cx WHQ and French council teams.
Master data management:
- Be on site contact for master data contact governance COE.
- Develop, implement, and maintain ongoing data quality assurance processes to ensure a high level of value and integrity within our master data files.
- Develop strategic and operational plans for the function, managing execution, and measuring results to achieve customer service requirements of business unit.
- Optimizes opportunities, resolves key issues, and identifies creative solutions to enhance service provided to the business unit portfolio.
- Rationalizes existing item code base.
