POSITION SUMMARY:

The goal of the Global Data Management team is to setup customers initially and then collect, process, and report cost and consumption data out of the received energy invoices using the Company’s in-house invoice processing software. The position holder of Energy Data Analyst Support is responsible to support the permanent Energy Data Analysts by absorbing the manual tasks so that they can focus on more complex assignments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working closely with wider Global Data Management colleagues and more closely with the Energy Data Analysts the role holder is responsible for:

•    Invoice collection from supplier websites
•    Manual processing of the invoices collected
•    Run Missing invoice reports to ensure complete sets of data
•    Data plausibility and completeness checks to ensure data accuracy
•    Support to S&T customers globally
•    Gas actuals on a daily basis for S&T customers in NA

PERSON SPECIFICATION (BACKGROUND AND SKILLS):

•    Good analytical skills and numerate ability is essential.
•    Good written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. Other European languages are considered a benefit
•    General understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
•    Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately is essential.
•    The ability and willingness to carry out repetitive tasks quickly and accurately is essential.
•    Analytical work experience is desirable but not essential.
