Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis on, and interpret digital analytics and HR data to derive meaningful insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems, goals and KPIs to develop analytical frameworks
- Conduct research and collect data from multiple sources to support business strategies and decision-making
- Perform statistical and verbatim feedback analysis on employee surveys to provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional risk teams to design & implement analytics initiatives
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to your team members
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop & enhance data infrastructure, data pipelines & analytical tools for efficient data collection, processing and analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies within the Digital Analytics domain.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Proficiency working with digital analytics data from Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and HR systems like Workday.
- Solid understanding of Python, Data modelling, advanced Excel (VBA, Power Query) to semi-automate routine tasks.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret survey data and package it into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders in a clear manner
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable insights and recommendations
- Beginner or intermediate knowledge of data science skills is a plus
Experience:
- We welcome candidates with a wide range of degrees & background, though sustained success with a significant volume of analytic & quantitative coursework is required
- Successful applicants have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Management Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or similar
- Minimum (typically 1 to 3 years) in a similar business analyst role.
- Proven experience working with Adobe Analytics or similar digital analytics data
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Experience with data analysis using Advanced Excel (VBA, Power Query) and Python/ R.
- Certification or training in relevant analytics or business intelligence tools is a plus
