Customer Success Manager – Enterprise AccountsMinitab is looking for a Customer Success Manager to serve as a strategic, post-sale partner for our enterprise customers. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive adoption, expand usage, strengthen retention, and ensure customers realize measurable business value through their Minitab solutions portfolio. What You’ll DoAct as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of enterprise customerLead customers through the Customer Engagement Lifecycle (CEL)Conduct outcome-focused Business Reviews and build strategic success plansDemonstrate ROI and value realization to drive renewal and expansionIdentify and mitigate account risks; build proactive retention strategiesPartner closely with Sales on up-sell and cross-sell opportunitiesSupport customer advocacy efforts—testimonials, case studies, referencesCollaborate with Product, Support, Engineering, and Services to represent the voice of the customerContribute to internal best practices and customer success process improvementsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role in enterprise SaaSExperience managing high-touch, strategic customers—including executive-level stakeholdersStrong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently, think strategically, and influence outcomesWillingness to travel to State College, other U. S.
