Job Description

What you’ll do

You will plan and design activities within customer base, analysing data and combining with customers insights to produce personalized customer benefits. You will drive production of incremental revenue & improve customer satisfaction through innovative actions. More specifically you will:
•    Design proactive in-base activities, management of all relative actions, including offer definition and campaign building, aiming to improve customer revenue and reduce churn as well as improve customer satisfaction
•    Perform deep-dive analysis using analytical and statistical tools (primarily Python and SPSS Modeller) on large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets
•    Calculate various CVM related KPIs and interpret results and derive actions / facilitate decision making.
•    Identify trends and actionable commercial insights by analysis of multiple and large data sources, and drive customer insights into meaningful actions
•    Collaborate with digital marketing team, commercial tribes and development teams to improve digital channel performance and growth. Work closely with big data team to accelerate model adoption and automation

 

Who you are

•    You have 2-3+ years of experience in CVM/Marketing /Finance/BI
•    You have obtained a degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience 
•    You have knowledge of Python, SQL and data mining /statistics software. Experience in Statistical Packages is a plus
•    You have advanced analytical skills and commercial thinking
•    You have excellent interpersonal, organizational and networking skills
