Salary – £27,000 – £40,000

A bit about the job:
This role will be part of the Business & Operational Insights team, who are responsible for developing and maintaining data solutions for IWR in relation to Business & Operational Insights. You will be working with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide data and analytical solutions, often utilising data visualisation. The main area of focus will be on customer complaints data but there is also the opportunity to provide solutions in relation to other customer and business metrics such customer demand, claims, product analysis and telephony.
Our customer base is internal and includes, the immediate directorate, service and customer facing staff and various levels of management. You will land these solutions into production using numerous technologies and ensuring that the relevant governance frameworks are adhered to.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Ability to communicate highly technical problems and solutions at different levels in an easy-to-understand manner

Self-motivated and excellent attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and high‐quality outputs

Experience in using analytics and visualisation tools such as Qliksense (or equivalent), Coding languages such as SQL, Microsoft products including Excel and PowerPoint.

Starting salary between £27,000 – £40,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)

Bonus opportunity – 8% of annual salary – Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s
