We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Data Analyst:

Primary Skills : Intermediate knowledge on SQL, Banking domain exp, Data analysis.

Good quality data is at the heart of every financial services company and as a Data Quality Analyst, you’ll play a key part in increasing our Data Analysis capability, combining a range of technical skills with business knowledge to provide business users with the information they need to trust in their data.

What you’ll be doing

• Reviewing data sources and data flows, identifying and prioritising points of data quality risks
• Using basic-intermediate level SQL to design and implement tests that identify poor quality data
• Evaluating data quality results; assessing and clearly communicating the impacts to data users
• Supporting the resolution of data issues in conjunction with internal stakeholders and IT

What we’re looking for

• Attention to detail when working with data to make accurate assessments and recommendations to business users
• A solid understanding of data sources, data organisation and storage, with working knowledge of relational databases

It would be nice for you to have

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders, senior management
• Experience of large volume data analysis using SQL, interpretation of results and production of summaries/recommendations
• A positive attitude, able to work using own initiative and demonstrate a mature approach to changing demands
