As a Data Analyst your role will be pivotal to evolving our existing data and reporting experiences. You’ll build out pipelines to gather data from multiple sources and make it available for analysis. You will shape both internal and external analytics products to help guide business-critical decisions, enhance their workflows, and improve decision-making.

How You will Make a Difference:

• Work with Business and functional prototypes to create production ready data pipelines in Snowflake.
• Stand up and maintain integrations from multiple tools to Snowflake, integration would included: SalesForce, Marketo, NetSuite, Absorb, Service Now, Gainsight, Qualified Chat.
• Transform Raw tables from sources to present as production data sources using power BI.
• Develops and maintains scalable data pipelines and builds out new API integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity.
• Collaborates with analytics and business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization.
• Performs data analysis required to troubleshoot data related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues.
• Define, document, and maintain data protocols across the organization to promote and measure data integrity and consistency.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical team members to identify ways we can use data to make our work more efficient and impactful.
• Work with other members of the Tech Team to build new products that enable data-driven decision making, recruitment, and candidate support work.
• Have experience in data analysis, presentations, and consultative reporting

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Have experience in a data engineering or data analyst role.
• Have experience developing on (or administering) BI / data visualization platforms (ex. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, Data Studio, Domo, QlikView etc.).
• Have experience with data warehouses such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake etc.
• Effective communication and ability to present to executive leadership team. Comfortable with technical conversations and presenting information to non-technical users in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, collaborative environment.
• Deep curiosity to understand complex business systems and technologies within the Marketing Technology context.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
