We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst to work with our Global Customer Experience (CX) team. The candidate will work under the supervision of our senior CX manager and be focused on bringing customer feedback and insights to life through data analysis and visualization. The ideal candidate is a motivated data analyst with a detail-oriented, analytical, curious, and customer-obsessed mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Acquire, harmonize, and cleanse data from customer feedback, operations, sales, and miscellaneous internal data sources to be used in Customer Insights’ reports and visualizations.

  • Build and maintain CX dashboards and data visualization in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and/or Salesforce.

  • Work with CX leadership and subject matter experts to become fluent in Customer Experience models.

  • Translate results of the analysis into actionable recommendations for Business Areas

  • Generate ad hoc reports using data from Qualtrics, Salesforce, and other data sources as needed to support CX initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Understanding of high-level database schematic structures

  • Document and maintain system processes.

  • Experience collecting, measuring, and reporting analytics.

  • Proven track record of task automation or improved efficiency.

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to communicate complex data in a concise and visually intuitive manner.

 

Desired but not required:

  • Knowledge Customer Experience methodology and metrics

  • Coding experience in R and/or Python

 

Education and/or Experience          

  • BA/BS degree in data science related field or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years’ experience in a data analyst or related role.

 

Computer Skills     

  • Excel or comparable spreadsheet or data organization software

  • Data Visualization tool experience: Tableau, Power BI, or similar

  • Power Point or comparable presentation tool
