As a Data Analyst You Will:

  • Work with the Data Scientist, Product Manager, and Engineering team to develop and validate advanced analytic techniques for security products.
  • Work with customer data to provide insights on the detection of PingOne Protect products and identify anomalies or suspicious patterns.
  • Respond to customers inquiries regarding risks and fraud in their system and provide strategies to mitigate them.
  • Manage efforts to enhance cyber insights and reporting from our products Lead proof of concepts end to end, from analyzing data to creating detection solutions and testing their accuracy.
  • Research external data sources that Ping Identity can use.
  • Clearly and concisely promote complex data analysis to various stakeholders, including non-technical, within and outside of Ping 

 
You Have:

  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience as a Data Analyst in a cybersecurity or cyber research role- Must.
  • Relevant experience in the fraud industry – Advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process big datasets Hands-on experience with Python programming for data analysis and querying is essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of SQL and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
  • Strong data storytelling and visualization skills are required.
  • The ability to effectively communicate insights from data analysis to various stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor and as part of a team Experience working with Product, and Develop Teams – Advantage.
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity technologies and methodologies – Advantage.
