A role in Finance Capabilities means partnering with Finance, technology, Data Science and analytics leaders to co-create solutions that maximizes business value and enables key strategies that are critical to the enterprise and for the experiences we create for our guests. Truly an owner and expert of your data solutions and underlying processes, you will set the vision, align on the roadmap and mobilize your team and partner teams to deliver needed outcomes. Given most strategies have a Finance impact, you will also serve as a trusted resource to guide other enterprise partners in their solutions to ensure the success and integrity of end-to-end deliverables.
About the job:
As a Data Analyst in Finance Capabilities partnering with the Global Supply Chain & Logistics (GSCL) Finance team, you will work collaboratively with a global team to develop compelling reporting solutions that enable optimized decision-making. You will collect and wrangle data from various sources, clean and prepare data, perform data analysis using statistical methods and visualization tools, and identify trends and patterns in data to answer critical business questions and uncover hidden opportunities. You will develop, maintain, and automate dashboards, reports, and self-service data solutions to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders in Finance and across the organization. Collaboration across your team, partners, and broader data and reporting teams, steadfast curiosity, and developing and growing business acumen will be critical to your success.

About you:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, IT or other analytic discipline, or equivalent experience
- 1+ year as a Data Analyst with strong academic performance in a quantitative field; or strong equivalent experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Supply Chain
- Intermediate SQL experience writing complex queries
- Solid problem solving, analytical skills, data curiosity, data mining, Data creation and consolidation
- Support conclusions with a clear, understandable story that leverages descriptive statistics, basic inferential statistics, and data visualizations
- Willingness to ask questions about business objectives and the measurement needs for a project workstream, and be able to measure objectives & key results
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to both business and technical teams, and translate ideas between them
- Influence data & reporting maturity, enabled by intermediate understanding of business processes & objectives
- Experience working effectively with a global team
- Experience in analytics tools such as: SQL, Excel, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Python, R, Domo, Power BI, Adobe Analytics (or Google Analytics), SAP Analytics Cloud, and/or equivalent technologies
