Job Description

If you are interested in working with Data and Visualization. We invite you to pursue an opportunity to explore new area with the Operational data, Service Level Agreement, important metrics and Compliance.

We are seeking for experienced Data Analyst for delivering the significant insights, trends, and patterns relevant to the business and reporting objectives. This includes the ownership of the data used in reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Design and develop reports, dashboards and data visualizations using SQL and Reporting tool – Power BI.

  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used in reports.

  • Effectively communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences, facilitating a clear understanding of the data-driven insights.

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed, addressing specific business questions or challenges that arise.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of reporting processes, methodologies, and data sources for future reference and knowledge sharing.

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvements within the reporting function, exploring opportunities to improve reporting processes.

Skills:

  • Intermediate working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases.

  • Visualization tool – Power BI.

  • Ability to work closely with cross-function teams and collaborators.

  • Strong verbal and written in English communication skills to convey insights effectively.

Experiences:

  • At least 2 years experiences as Data Analyst, preferably in a reporting-focused role.

  • Experience with enterprise data warehousing tools: Snowflake is helpful.

  • Experience with python is helpful.

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure is helpful.

  • A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in business analytics, or a related field is commonly required.
