About the Role
In this opportunity as a Data Analyst you will:

Deliver reports to a variety of audiences outlining trends on recruiting, talent, retention and other related People Metrics.

Provide outstanding stakeholder management and support (proactively getting feedback, sharing updates and new ideas, meeting regularly).

Generate insights and help research
-
Manage multiple projects effectively and self-sufficiently (gather requirements, recommend approaches, and develop and test solutions).

Help the team build self-service dashboard solutions using various tools like Excel, Workday, Tableau and Power BI.

Learn and apply new ways to generate insight through use of machine learning and advanced analytics (clustering, text analytics, forecasting and modeling).

Improve and automate processes using a variety of tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Workday, Excel VBA and others.

Communicate insights effectively using creative data visualizations and storytelling techniques.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Data Analyst if you have:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology or relevant field that uses quantitative analysis and critical thinking.

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Data/Statistical analysis, Decision Support or Research (could previously have worked in the field of Finance, Strategy, or Marketing as well as HR)

Advanced Excel skills and experience in manipulating big data, automating reporting, and using pivot tables and complex formulas.

Advanced PowerPoint skills with specific experience building insightful charts and visualizations in a presentation ready report.

Experienced Power BI self-service dashboard developer is highly desirable.

Experience in the following tools are a plus:

MS SQL Server / SQL Querying Skills
-
R/Python and other statistical tools
Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Agile, motivated team player; able to self-start and work independently on different projects, and execute across boundaries in a fast-paced, highly-iterative environment.

Strong English language skills (both written & spoken).

Able to communicate complex thoughts clearly and concisely.

Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with all levels of management, able to forge strong working relationships across multiple functions and time zones.

Curious learner, eager to adapt and try new things.
