Job Responsibilities
- Organize data files and load files into online platform
- Answer basic questions for clients based on established feedback documentation
- Submit a ticket for client issues to be resolved by tech or commercial team members
- Work with client and internal team members to confirm project scope
- Set up reports in Unify+
Candidate should possess the following Qualifications & Skills:
- The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree
- Competence in client communication
- Ideally, the applicant should have 2-4 years of work experience in media measurement or analytics
- Good oral and written communication
- Proficient in English
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications
- Ideally, some experience with JIRA
- Analytic aptitude – good at working with data and data analysis
In addition, to be effective as a Liquid Mix Analyst, candidate must demonstrate ability to:
- Organize multiple data files across multiple projects
- Work cooperatively with other team members
- Adapt well to change and remain calm under pressure
- Review data files and identify issues such as missing data
