What will you do?

We are looking for a Data Analyst.

Job mission and more detailed tasks:

  • Generate insights from analysis based on multiple data sources and effectively communicate results to the team
  • Tracking and interpreting weekly metrics to help the team make proactive decisions and continue improving
  • Define new KPIs to help us identify business opportunities and improvement points.
  • Identify stakeholders’ needs and offer them the best solution in each case. 
  • Implement solutions to business challenges (e.g. descriptive analysis of churn, identifying improvement points in a sales funnel, statistical models, etc).
  • Automate data extraction processes with python
  • Create visualizations with PowerBI to help our stakeholders (e.g.: evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, show the most relevant customer satisfaction issues, etc).

In 1 month…

After the first month you will already know how everything is set up, you will have soaked in our culture and vision, you will have met with all the teams and you will know what they do and what they need.

You will start to provide the first insights and you will get to know Holaluz’s database structures. You will also get to know our main stakeholders and how to help Holaluz teams to be more data-driven.

You will have gone for lunch with the team members, you will have attended some training and maybe even some internal team building.

In 3 months…

You will have already made many decisions about how to add value to your team and you will be working closely with your colleagues.

You will be attending meetings with stakeholders, understanding their needs and bringing the challenges and your input to the team.

You will have enough knowledge to propose new solutions and you will be developing end-to-end projects. Remember that you can always count on the support of the entire Data team.

In 6 months… 

You will have (almost) everything under control and you will have contributed to the maturity and growth of your team. You will have contributed value by sharing knowledge and bringing all your experience to bear to improve the Data Analytics area. 

You will be independent to manage a project with the help of your team, define and implement processes and provide the necessary data to stakeholders.

In addition, you will have had several meetings with your manager to know how you feel, define your next goals and carry out a development plan that allows you to continue learning and improving every day.

What do we need?

We have thought very well about what we are looking for and what really matters:

  • 2-3 years of experience as Data Analyst.
  • Programming knowledge with Python and SQL
  • Experience with some visualization tool (PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, etc)
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail, organizational skills and thoroughness
  • Ability to communicate technical aspects to peers with varied backgrounds at different levels of detail.
