Data Analyst for a Top Ten US Insurance Carrier

Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
Location: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia or Mexico.
As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex data sets to generate meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design data models, and develop innovative solutions using advanced analytics techniques.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and other data manipulation tools.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can drive business insights.
- Create and maintain data visualizations and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Develop and implement advanced analytical models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and data visualization.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in analyzing and interpreting data.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
